Mortgage Loan Officers now entitled to overtime pay!

On Monday March 9, 2015 the US Supreme Court upheld the Department of Labor’s interpretive rule that Mortgage Loan Officers are not exempt from overtime pay under the FLSA. So now Mortgage Loan Officers will get the pay they deserve! The case is called Perez v. MBA. More info here if you’re interested:
